Fantasy Party Corp.
By signing this contract the costumer states that they comply with all rental rules and regulations of Fantasy Party Corp. Including rental charges, security deposit and terms and conditions etc.
- A credit card number must be given for security deposit.
- All machines with out attendant must be cleaned before returning or a fee of sixty dollars must be paid.
- In case of damage to any rental machines or items Fantasy party corp. must be reimbursed..

The price of delivery depends on the location of the party.
- 50% of the cost of all items must be in advance the other half 2 days before party in the store
- Tables and chairs must be placed down and stacked ready for pickup.
- To have tables and chairs setup by an attendant a fee of 25 dollars minimum (less than 25 chairs & 5 tables) must be paid.
- Costumer must supply area of space where electricity is accessible.
- In case of bad weather deposit is not refundable.
- Fantasy Party Corp. is not responsible for any problems involving electricity or electrical damages.

Deliveries are made to street level entrances only. Rates for setup and delivery above street level are available.
- Equipment must always be secured and protected from weather.
- Rental charges and security deposit must be paid in full to confirm reservations. All decorations must be paid in full before the event of a party.
- Orders will not be delivered if all payments have not been made
- Brochure prices are for one day rental of equipment. All charges are for time out whether or not the equipment was used. Special rates are available for long term rental.
- All Rental items must be brought back the following business day or a 50% charge of your original rental price must be paid as a late fee for each day the items are kept.
- Fantasy Party no accept cancellation, only change for other items in the store.
- We no returned money back this can use how credit in the store.
- The customer only can change the day and time
Fantasy Party Corp. cannot be held responsible for injuries caused by merchandise outside of store, including piñatas for excess weight. If balloon decorations are popped Fantasy Party Corp cannot be held responsible and no refund is available. Fantasy Party Corp. installs equipment under restrictions of safety and security, under circumstances that client and guests are content and satisfied with party, but we are not responsible for any accidents and injuries due to imprudence of guests.
